Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges because we deal with perishable products. Please read on to find out other ways we can help.
Replacements and Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving it at hello@eatbutternubs.com. Please describe the issue, state your order number and include clear photos to support your documentation. We will either offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to help if we are not notified of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners as this is out of our control. Our cookies are shelf stable and the anticipation will make them taste even better!
The policies on this page apply only to orders directly purchased from our website and fulfilled by us. Issues with Butternubs purchased from a third party vendor must be taken up with them.
