What makes your sablés different?

Our recipes are designed with FLAVOR in mind, and we make sure every cookie packs a serious punch. As pastry chefs, we understand that ingredients and technique matter. We make our sablés as we would in our artisan bakery using premium pantry ingredients only. If you can't pronounce it, it doesn't go in the cookie.

How long are your sablés good for?

Our sablés are best enjoyed up to a year after they're made (although they probably won't stick around that long after you've tasted them...). They're individually wrapped to seal in the freshness and all the buttery goodness.

Where are your sablés made?

They are handmade in our bakery in Texas in small batches to ensure consistency and the best quality. No shortcuts!
